Domestic Shipping (U.S.A)

Orders will ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) of cleared payment.

All standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking service. Once shipped, Priority Mail packages should arrive within two to three business days. Priority mail delivery estimates are guidelines and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is offered via USPS Priority mail with tracking. Shipping cost will be based on package weight and destination. Most Priority Mail packages will arrive at their destination within 6 to 10 business days, but times may vary based on customs requirements and the mail system of the receiving country.

International orders may incur taxes, duties or customs charges based on the policies of the receiving country. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred. In accordance with the law, we cannot alter the sales price of an item on any customs forms.

Special Shipping

We may be able to accommodate alternate shipping services, including other providers or expedited shipping. Please contact us if you require a custom shipping option, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Lost and Damaged Packages

Haute Heaven is not responsible for any lost packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order and that your item is being shipped to a secure location. Though orders are insured, orders marked as delivered are not covered by UPSP insurance.

Should your package arrive damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately so that we may open an insurance claim. Packages lost in the postal system may also be eligible for insurance claims. Unfortunately, USPS does not always approve claim requests. Should the item be eligible for a USPS refund, the refund will be issued once Haute Heaven has received the USPS payment. Haute Heaven will not issue refunds for orders ineligible for claims or for orders with claims rejected by USPS.
